NOTE: We require pre-registration for all programs. The address of the program and directions to the program site will be provided to you when we confirm your registration.
All full programs start at 8:30 AM and run until approximately 6:00 PM. There will be a morning and an afternoon coffee break as well as time for lunch. Re-certification programs are offered at the times listed above.
Program cost is:
Full Program
$225.00 for first time participants. Fee includes textbook, study guide, handouts, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and examination fee. Participants are on their own for lunch. Program cost for first time participants who already have a textbook is $195.00.
Re-Certification
$165.00 for those people previously certified and being re-certified. Fee includes review booklet, study guides, handouts, lunch, and examination fee.
$125.00 for those people who have previously failed the certification examination and are being retested. Fee includes study guide, handouts, coffee breaks, and examination fee. Participants are on their own for lunch.
$50.00 for Tips to Increase Tips and Sales.
$50.00 fee is charged for cancellation of registration if received at least seven days prior to program. NO refund or credit for future classes will be given if cancellation notice is given less than seven days prior to the program.
Payment by check, money order, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover required at time of registration and prior to distribution of materials unless previous arrangements are made. Credit cards can be accepted over the phone.
If the dates listed are not convenient for you, we will be happy to schedule a program at your location at your convenience. The full program requires a minimum of 15 participants, re-certification programs require a minimum of 12 participants. Please feel free to call us or email us for more information. |
