SevSafe Food Safety Program

ServSafe is the oldest and most widely respected food safety training program in the world.  It is a comprehensive program that provides participants with the knowledge needed to safely prepare and serve food in a commercial food service setting.  Wheelwright Consultants has been providing ServSafe training since 1998.

We offer approximately 30 English programs a year in  Massachusetts and Connecticut, Spanish programs are also available when in sufficient demand.  Choose from several classrom and language options.

All classes run from 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a lunch break.

Program cost in $185.00 and does NOT include the Massachusetts' Food Allergen Training Certification.

A 45 minute lunch break is taken - participants are on their own for lunch.

Additional programs will be scheduled in the near future.

Recertification

In the past we have offered special "recertification" classes for those who have previously taken and passed the ServSafe examination.

Our recent experience suggests that relatively few people can remember all the information they previously learned plus the changes that have occurred in food safety over the past few years. Currently, we are recommending that even people being recertified take the full course.
