ServSafe Food Safety Program

ServSafe® is the oldest and most widely respected food safety training program in the world. It is a comprehensive program that provides participants with the knowledge needed to safely prepare and serve food in a commercial foodservice setting. Wheelwright Consultants main instructor Eric F. Nusbaum, Ph. D., CHA. has been providing ServSafe® training since 1998. Eric has provided food safety training to thousands of individuals. Eric has created a truly excellent program, with his students' high test scores speaking for themselves. 

2014 ServSafe® Training Program Pricing...Initial Certification - includes a new ServSafe® textbook, study guide, handouts, the class, two coffee/snack breaks, lunch, the exam, and Massachusetts' Allergen Awareness Certification - $260.00  We provide a $30.00  discount if reusing a textbook (Fifth or Sixth Edition).

Recertification Training - includes ServSafe® Refresher booklet, study guide, handouts, coffee/snack break, lunch, and Massachusetts' Allergen Awareness Certification - $200.00 ($188.00 without the allergen certification).

Not for profit organizations receive a 10% discount, and homeless shelters and health departments receive a 15% discount. Repeat clients will receive a 10% discount on their account once they have used our services ten times.

 We offer approximately 70 English programs a year in Massachusetts and Connecticut, Spanish programs are also available when in sufficient demand. Choose from several classroom and language options....>Schedule
